Description
Based off a character in a MUD, Lady of Mystery, Niuri, Goddess Transforming.
Victoria 2, v3 fantasy cloak and outfit, V3 headgear, V2 mystic texture, billy T's sandals. The rest of the work is done in adobe photoshop by me, brushes are stars 2 from, Pretty Brush (http://members.lycos.co.uk/prettybrush/)
