This is great. Hope you have the time to improve the rendering because model work really deserves it!

Lovely modelling, great attention to detail & styling. As my man Homo says, editing some flamingo materials will do it very well. Perhaps some bigger more translucent billows of smoke too. Excellent.

Awesome work, Smallworld! I love the subject itself and your model. Little crit. about the rendering: your materials are too reflective, IMO. The central rib almost seems transparent. Having said that, this doesn't affect my overall view of this piece, the modeling part being my primary interest... Congrat's.

Thanks for he nice comments guys! Rendering isn't really my strong point unfortunatly :( I have a new image cooking at the moment with better materials which I will post a bit later, hope it looks a bit more real...

Fantastic model work! My Dad was born in 1921 and lived in Hastings-on-the-Hudson in the 30's, I'm sure he saw a lot of this type locomotive! Excellent recreation!

Massively complex and detailed! I love the wheelwork, it's grand.

Awsome model, great detailing! So many little pieces, it boggles the imagination!

that's cool I would suggest sticking to making trains. They look better than your cars. More realistic rendering would make it look great.
