Hey, very nice work! Compare with me, you got texture, skin and clothing(uniform of some kind), and nice hair style. Mine's got nothing but simple circles and lines.. haha! :D

Easy there kiddo! You're soo young! Don't move too fast! When I was 13 I was not much better! You are a fine artist for your age! I know how it felt though, because I had friends that were better artists than I was, and I envied their skill. But i can tell you for a FACT, that all it takes is patience, passion & practice!! You are well on your way! This is a fine drawing by the way! I really like the colors.
