Tone down the reflectivity on the waves, they look too much like plastic wrap. If you look at Hobbit's version of this ship at sea, (in the Mixed Media gallery) you will see a really good render of water. Good try.

Nice image! Like the perspective towards the two ships and the battle looks quite real! Good idea with the ripped sails!
