I'm not sure about the Monet comparison (I guess it's the bridge and the lily-pads), but this render certainly has a very appealing and romantic, painterly feel to it. The soft focus effect, the lighting and the colours all complement the composition beautifully. I love the way you've handled the ground (and water) -cover vegetation; it looks very natural. Gets my vote.
