Description

This is Mars at 'round about midday, (or Mid Sol for Martian folk). I don't know if I got it right, I probably didn't because Mars doesn't attract very many visitors. The surface map I used was one that I had created for my other pics of Mars. I basically made the original Mars SM redder, and it worked when the sun wasn't in high noon. I didn't think that the original Mars SM had enough iron in it, nor that it would look like this at noon. Like it matters, though. Imagination and speculation is what feeds art of any kind, and Mars has been a very good source of it lately. enjoy.

Thanks. I'm enjoying ;-) It's a nice one, not really Mars-like, but as you wrote before, that doesn't matter at all.
