This is definitely one of your better pieces. It creates an air of mystery and makes you wonder about the subject. As it's intended as a 'portrait', this works very well. I do see some minor areas for improvement. The hair might be blended a bit more with itself and the skin, and a finer brush used to create individual hairs. And the dark area at the bottom draws the eye away from the face of the man. If you don't wish to add anything to the picture, perhaps cropping it might help. I really like this one. The colors and lighting are really nice. I like the expression, too.
