I like it too. The bleachedness gives it a harsh desert feel. Quite retro too. Almost an old steam engine feel about it. The little guy looks like you. ;-)

Only 6 years for assembly. I can wait that long. Looks like there may be enough room for the family during road trips, but what's the fuel mileage? Good til 5 years...better than most cars! ha-ha

I think this is the urban assault version; the lower gun would be plowing furrows, and the wheels are a bit narrow for traction in loose sand; but these are minor fixes; the model is excellent as it stands, it's the environment that raises questions..;) but that's another render..;)

Ian - you should have made yourself a tiny bit bigger. Unless of course the Dune Rider is supposed to be that huge and people are supposed to be that tiny! Did you get a hair cut for that picture :-) Excellent work my young friend.
