Description
Meanderings
My thoughts are not my own.
The actions of this body
Become unnatural.
What anguish happens,
When mind and body
In rhythmical splendour
Dance lonely,
But still together?
And yet,
Anguish is welcome.
Joy is forgotten.
Life awakens
In this soul
Once downtrodden.

Interesting, but you didn't mention the soul as a player in the beginning. It is only through reflection and focus that the soul gives light to the mind and animus to the heart. Self discovery is an excercise for the soul.

Agreed. In retrospect, I think the poem does come across as too abstract. Thanks for the comments though. As always, you provide insightful criticism.
