I think it only appeared in DS9s In the Pale Moonlight. That ship from TNG (I assume you are talking about that episode where the Romulan general or whatever defected to the Federation) was a scout ship.

ah man..lemme think, try Startrekaustralia.com, that's a good place..also do a Google search on 'star trek alien ships', I found a reference site that might have what you're looking for. There's mesh sites all over the place..also the Advanced Starship Design Burea website is actually 'defunct', but still has a lot of stuff there..check 'em out if you need reference stuff.

It would be really terrific if you managed to do schematics for the rest of this craft !!! It's great what you've done already, and I'm dying to see what comes next.
