Description

As simple as it is !!! Two light sources with reflectors to soften the light. No color retouching ... as it is out of the cam. ;-) There are two schools in photography, some with manipulating, and others against, just leave the image as it is no retouching!!! What is your opinion??? AND do you think its more professional???

Very nice lighting. Lovely warm colours and super textures are very pleasing to my eye. As far as manipulation goes, I like both with and without. Very much depends what the objective of the shot is:)

My opinion is that all that represents divisions isn't good, a photo is an image and you like as it is or you don't like, no matter the difference, digital-roll, color-bw, manipulated-pure. I like this photo and for this my ranking will be excellent, I like the tone but isn't important if it is natural or toned in the darkroom. Well, you have my oppinion.

Very cool, I like the framing and your incorporation of settings is useful. As for touching up an image - I don't care either way, as long as it looks good.

Retouching or not is just a matter of taste to me. To each his own and both can be art or crap. As enax, i like this one and though it may be interesting and helpful to know how it's done, it doesn't matter in loving it or not. Just my 2 ct. :)

Photography is like so many other arts, it's a matter of opinion and taste. I for one don't mind color corrections and such. It's not a bad thing...as I said photography is a art so do what you think looks good to you. I've saved many a bad pictures through retouching...some of us are not so lucky with that perfect shot. I like this, the peachy warm tones are beautiful. Keep shooting! ++

Professionalism can be defined in many ways. Reality is always enhanced - or at least different than what the eye sees - in every photograph. ... Whether post processing or pre processing (such as light reflectors etc.) - it doesn't matter how the goal is reached. You've reached your goal in this one, and it is admirable!

As I am very unprofessional photographer, unlike the masters that shared their opinions above, I could say: It is greate to have the skills to make yor cam to serve you as you want it to be. And make your shot using that knowlege you've got! I think it's good even if you can make everything sitting in front of your monitor, it is best to know what you want and how to get it right from the camera. It is highly inpressive work, indeed :-)
