maybe you could turn the text into bumpmaps rather than only textures?

Perhaps making the names smaller like the actual wall. Maybe adding things at the base such as flags, toys, etc...people leave all sorts of things at the memorial. I can feel the man's loss. Think this is really a good idea for an image.

OUt of all the names you did you spelled mine wrong LOL.Supposed to be Doug not duog(first column) Good concept here.Remember you can play with the leaves in the tree editor.
