Hmmm... well, this is a somewhat radical departure for me. If you look at my gallery, you will find some diversity, but the images are what I think of as "pretty." *shrugs* What can I say? It may not be profound, but I like pretty pictures. This image... just wouldn't go away. I spent nearly 4 hours trying to make at LEAST a more cheerful color palette work on it, to no avail. It is what it is, as are we all. So, out of the blue, to my surprise, here is The Mask of Infinite Sorrow. Hope you like it, or at least find it as striking as I have.
Btw, I've just downloaded a trial of Vision of Chaos, and am about to give it a whirl. If I never mention it again, you'll know what a disaster it was. LOL

Very interesting image. It is a display of an ancient ritual mask. Unusual, which is what makes it so neat. Well done!

Excellent mask! It reminds me of the giant Olmec heads you see near Veracruz, Mexico. I'm glad it wouldn't "go away!"

Terrific image, the sorrow is etched on this forever. Great presentation with the title being textured the way it is and the way the image "floats" on the screen. Very impressive work.

Striking is the very least I would say about this image...incredible is more like it! It is a picture of anguish, unavoidable and real. Excellent!
