Feeling a bit whimsical today. It shows in the title.
This is one level up from the water front. A very nicely preserved/restored section of the old city of Quebec. Nice and quiet here. That will change one block over.

No, IIRC, it's "la ville ancinenne." However, I was having a brain burp and could not think of that at the time. So, what the heck . . . "Old Town" did not seem right.
