A simple but very nice image. Good composition.

(.. some repetitive pattern on water texture could be suppressed with larger tex scale..) Pov is great and lighting most effective!

You have a very good pic here. Just a few things I see that could boost you on up to Excellent. Water is repetitive ( see Polax's Sug.). Grass is a bit flat, color is great, just needs a bump applied to give it that extra touch. Your sky and composition are wonderful. I would love to see this after you tweak it a bit.
