You have done well at this first attempt. This is masterful work. When laying down snow, the first layer should be very smooth (no bumpiness). The next layer should have more bumpiness; and a higher fractal number - add a small tint of blue. Add one more layer of white with the same amount of bumpiness as the second layer and add a small tint if green - again, increase the fractal setting...I think you'll like the results.

Gorgious lighting and great terrain. Do like the sparkle on the rocks!!! Think I am going to try what choronr said about the snow, I ain't never done that! This one of the best pics I seen in awhile!! Love the rays coming in, a really nice touch.
