Description
Before he was subverted by centuries under the power of The Ring, Smjagol was one of the "River Folk." Not much is mentioned about them, save that they were much like Halflings, so I took some liberties. ;)

I should mention, that this was one of my 2 submissions to DAZ's "Tolkein Remembered" contest, and that it used primarily DAZ products.
