Description

"Please talk to me..." This is another of my "steals". To see this and grab it was one thing. Now this picture looks like a movie scene to me: a whole story can fill it. Also the rocks add to the incommunicability mood. So yes it's a lucky grab :-) On a further thought, I started wondering if these kids shall ever remember this moment in 20 years from now... and maybe they would pay to have a picture of it. They don't know that somewhere someone actually captured this moment of their lives... And maybe that happened to me, too, 20 years ago, and I don't know it, and a moment of my life is captured on someone else's image.... Really a dizzy train of thoughts ain't it? :-) Marina di Pisa, December 2003 (in the distance you can see the harbor of Livorno) Canon EOS 300D Thanks for your time :-)

A great capture, lots of emotion here....they say that a persons image is captured something like 15 times a day on surveillance cameras every day...though I know that's not the point you were trying to make.

Some people say, taking a picture is like stealing the soul. In some way, i get an eerie feeling about shots like this, showing great emotions of people, not knowing they were shot. Would they like it if they knew? Just thinking about that, please don't get me wrong Orio!! The shot itself is superb .. but that's no surprise :)

Tom (Raven), I think it's all in the way you do it. Some people can indeed be sick and do this for voyeurism. I do this because I love people. I love them very much, I love them more everyday, and I love to take photos that show human feelings. I hope this shows through my takes.
