i dunno, the baby looks kind of old in the face. But it is hard to make a baby face because of their roundness and unproportionate skin tones. But good job!

To me, it's the shadow that gives the baby's face an "old" look, although I would actually characterize it as mildly sinister. I think an adjustment to the lighting and the expression on the face would do a lot to improve what is a good beginning.
