His pose is quite good, he looks enraged. I've got some suggestions:
First, the scale. He looks hardly tall enough to look over that stone wall. From the size of the stones and the size of the houses in the background I'd say the wall is somewhere between 2 and 3 feet, which means a rather small Hulk. Well, that's possible.But I'd suggest you scale him up and place him somewhat higher over the backgrouhd.
More important are the shadows. From the background photograph it's clear where the main light comes from. THe shadow of the Hulk should match the sharpness and intensity. Increase the shadow map size to at least 1024 (maybe even more) and match the direction of the main light with that on the photograph. You'll need a second (probably infinite) light -without shadows- to lighten up his front.
