As Mankind started spreading through the universe people would never have thought to find intelligent species so fast. It was almost a shock to the U.P. ,which at that time consisted only of earth and some not independet mining outposts on mars and some moons of Jupiter and Saturn, as the first foreign sun, our nearest neighbour "alpha centaury" 4 lightyears away,had a planet that showed signs of being inhabited. Even more surprising was, that the inhabitants, a primitive culture, seemed to have the same genetic inheritance as mankind. Investigation showed however, that the station had been populated by beeings of different genetic inheritance.
