In my opinion you could add just a little more light on the boats - it took some time for me to recognize them. But it's just a suggestion. I think you did a great job here with lighting. It's very effective and I really like the mood it creats. The reflections on the buildings are wonderful. Excellent work!

Shadows of ghost ships passing by the dark city... rather sad image pregnant with ominous warning... Very well realized!

i love the spooky atmosphere & sinister mood -- the lighting is good and i would even say that the boats are okay this way because a dark "light-scape" like this one works well with a dark fg & medium/chrome bg but the only change perhaps if you might add slightly more exagerated perspective, but it still rocks, all the same!
