It's hard for me to give any comments here because the image is so small, I can't see any detail at all. However, the hair does look to be pretty good. I might suggest that you try using a little screening to add some highlighted streaks and then use your dodge & burn tools to add lights & shadows where they should fall. Sorry I can't offer anything else. Keep up the good work! :-)

really nice posterboard for a spy movie the hair looks very good has movement, you might try a little wave next time,though it will make for a more softer and subtle movement
