great work -- I'd love to see a wireframe shot :) Makes me want to switch to sci-fi ships from poser pin-ups.... almost :)

Someone has been busy! Steve, not only this one has so much details but also all of the bits and pieces are convincingly organized, giving me a good feel of the "real" thing. One trivial thing: I wish you'd sharpen up the image a little bit so that fine details would show up clearer. Just personal thought. Great work!

Your definition of WIP just floors me. Anyone else would call this DONE! The only reason I can think to call it WIP is cos you're gonna actually do stuff with the background. Actually in response to 3dparadigm's comment, I like the focus. The bow of the ship is in sharp focus, the stern a little fuzzier. That really sets up the perspective, and makes it look more massive.
