Turk... Its a great image... especially for your second one. The only problem I see is with the lighting... and the shadows. The poses are terrific... but the kid and the dog appear to be floating in mid air.. a very common problem with Poser renders. Try adding a spotlight, directly overhead, and have it cast some shadows of the kids on the floor, it'll help a lot.

Agree with drsofaking about the lighting. Play with the character's attributes a bit too. Customize them to your liking. But a great render. Keep on keepin on!

Fantastic work for a 2nd render :-D You're on a roll! drsofaking's advice is very good, was going to suggest it myself. Lighting can be tricky, but experiment and you'll learn a lot. Don't forget to snag all the free light kits you can, hehe. Also, Daz's 2 light kits in the Platinum Club are must have's, IMHO. Keep up the great work!

Nice job! I only have 3 words for you: lighting, lighting, lighting. First of all, get rid of Poser's default lighting (it's terrible!), then try one of the many free light sets available (RDNA has a pile of freebie lights). Read some lighting tuts and play, play, play with the lights. You'd be surprised how much the lighting can improve an image. Still, great try for a beginner! It took me a year to get that good at posing. Keep up the good work!
