Thats a painting? The eyes look like a photo blended in to a filtered picture. Good work though.

yeah well its filtered and painted with painter 7 and filters in photoshop, but this time since her eyes are soo pretty i tried cutting the eyes from the original photo and make them look real so it brings out her beautiful eyes...
