Perfect imaginative title, It looks kinda like a heart that has been twisted. It is a lovely emotion filled and mystical heart. Great one!

I certainly see a twisted heart, but more than just twisted. Distorted as well, the details are not mirrored, some change, some stay the same. A really cool job on this one.
