The figure is so cool! There's so much character in him! He gives me the impression that he's been there, done that, and a very very wise man. Love his hair!!

The character of "Tic Tock" was one of Ben Franklin's rival scientist... so since the story takes place well into the 30th century... you're absolutely correct, He's pretty much "been there done that"

Awesome character! Very wizened and benign expression on him... almost looks like he's about to step back in time and fix a few little hiccups to make the world a better place for us all (if only this was possible). :o) erkewlness!
