Description


I fell in love with Biltmore House when I was there. It made me wish I could have seen it when it was still a residence. My thought was to reproduce those hand painted postcards from the Victorian period and show them as very aged, as if they had been taken out and handled a million times over the years.

Interestingly, the bottom left took the least work. I had to erase about fifty people from each of the other shots.

i don't see why you couldn't have put a few of these postworked images in the photo gallery... but i'm glad that i stopped by your gallery to see what you were doing after reading your comment in the "thumbs" forum thread... this is very cool... luv the presentation & you did well in aging the shots :]
