Fantastically disturbing and thought-provoking, but with a humorous edge. Great stuff! You were probably trying to break convention by having the image on its side for a change, but I keep wanting to turn it upright! As the title suggests though, it's a dissection so you probably would view it from that angle ;-)

Oh wow!! Creepy-freaky! Reminds me of Keanu Reeves's mouth in the "Matrix"! Weird image really! Excellent nonetheless! :)
