unfortunately that may be a realistic laser beam...but it is the wrong weapon for that mount.....the model is a warlock advanced destroyer from babylon 5 and the 2 forward main guns are heavy particle beam cannons(think ER PPCs from battletech) similar to those found on earth alliance planetary defence satelites.....model still looks great though ;)

Well... I'm not so good at Babylon 5 military forces, but i can say these red beams and running light's spoil the whole image a lot. Here it would not be a big crime to lie a little and make these lights colour free.

Lazers, phasors, photons, plasma, sticks and stones, who cares? Maybe it's an upgraded version. Nice use of the model. Great backdrop too.
