Me and my latest work featured outside of the Water Tower Water Works building in Chicago, January 2004.BIO
See the world, not as it is, but as you would have it.
Since I put pencil to paper around age five, drawing has been my one true love. Exploring every technology from the Middle Ages to present day has kept that love alive. I have run the gamut from being formally trained in "Technique Mixed" (an egg-tempra and oil method used during the Rennaissance) to Grisailles and Verdaccio medieval painting techniques to developing my own techniques in 3D illustration and animation. My work has found it's way into Chicago galleries, on the covers of business and healthcare publications, including Crain's Chicago Business and the American College of Radiology, to store shelves and point-of-purchase displays. I am always finding ways of combining the wisdom and quality of the old masters with the speed and precision of modern technology.
