The image shows many contrasts ... black wrought iron v. shades of grey in the stonework; water v. stonework; the froth of the waves v. the solid stones. The geometry is also good ... left half water and right half stone iron; good framing in the right ... crop next to the corner of the wall. Suggest that you choose Photography from the Topic forums... and visit there.
