Description
The U.P. Mayflower is a colonyship.
Those are actually quite slow .. but well equipped for years of voyage.
At the rear it has two cruisers docked for
defence as well as enginesupport.
The cruisers are modified to carry Freightshuttles in their launchbays.
Those are needed to bring the Colonists, the Lifestock as well as plants to the planets surface.
The Lifestock and Plants are used to create a selfcontaining enviroment during the long voyage.
To guaranty proper growth those are kept in containments which are fixed onto the large
rotating middlesection of the ship which create the feeling of gravity due to their spin, a cheaper way than to waste energy using forcefields.
