Only the King or the Queen of the Grey Elves in person is allowed to add a name in her List...when it's done,if the name is yours...you are simply history,she is absolutely infallible...last name (writed be the Queen Liliath) is Dorvak....(the Dark Dwarf)...we can say that he have indebtedness concern whith the Grey Elves.... There is a strap that runs from her shoulder onto her left breast and then to the medalion ... what makes it conform to her skin -- is it magic, or glue, or magnetism?
