It's a thoughtful expression and a very lifelike pose
The LIGHTNING is realy very good, i think (from her seen) one SPOT left above; and one SPOT on her right side or/and a global light infront; natural color-settings = nearly real.
Only one point (SORRY): shadows... !seen from her! One LIGHT comes from her above left side. Therefore, there have to be a tender shadow beneath her hair on her left faceside,neck,shoulder along the hair-line. a bit postwork or(better), turn down the light(s) from her right side to force this shadow and you get a bit more "structure/shadows" on her right shoulder.
AND :-) the pupils are a !tiny bit! too much in the corner of the eyes.
Overall: I realy like your work! It's a very good Portrait!
