looks real good. the lighting and spec/glow need some work as well as the eyes neeed to be adjusted, looks like some space between the lid and eye. also the jaw looks like it can be filled out a bit. oherwise it looks great! nice job with the hair!

Nice work. Although as petes mentioned, that gap between the eyeball and the rest of the eye socket is kinda scary.
