Description

Stenson's Fall. Population 2, 574,659, 832. The population of Stenson's Fall was being consumed by an insidious virus. Already, this deadly virus had claimed the lives of some 50 million people. The planet is in termoil. Panic and fear have swept it's continents. However, thanks to the brillent work of the scientists on Space Lab 376, salvation is on it's way. Ten days out of SL376 and two days from Stenson's Fall, the distress call came in. A colonization ship with some 200 colonists and crew had been caught in the path of a meteor swarm. The engines, guidence, and life support had sustained extensive damage. They were hemeroging oxygen at a deadly rate. They extimated they had two days. We were a little over a day and a half away. But, that would put us close to four days out of Stenson's Fall. Each day we delayed in delivering our cargo meant another 150,000 to 200,000 dead. I did the only thing I could. We radioed the next closest ship and informed them of the colonist's plight and proceded to Stenson's Fall. I had just signed the death warrent for 200 men, women, and children. But, what else could I do? Paul...I don't like your story!!! I don't want anyone to die. You certainly made a strong point here. I'd hate to have to choose. He certainly shows the burden of wearing the crown. (I was just kidding about not liking your story.)

WELL DONE, Paul!! The story is very well written. I especially like the line hemoraging oxygen at a deadly rate. OH my it makes it seem so real. Of course the render is perfect. Has my vote

this is extraordinary, contact me if you'd like to co-write something to do the entire story. This inspired me to write again BTW.
