I'm just a hobbiest that loves to play around with 3D artwork. I grew up drawing comicbook characters and transformers :) I have a strong love for fantasy and most of my work is inspired from that. My wife and I even do the Ren Faire thing almost religiously so we're nerds ;) but we have fun doing it. I'm in the process of transferring some of my other works over to this community so feel free to browse my other works from www.thegec.net

Your rendering is just packed full of images to look over. Exceptional work on details no matter where your eyes travel.Only thing I find distracting is maybe the flame on the candles could be just a shade less intense so as to see the actual flame. Otherwise it's an excellent rendering. :)

Good image. I suppose it has been a lot of work to place all these objects in an image. And a long render. Beautiful!! I think your boss' boss owes you one. Very good character and a lot of detail very well done. Apart from the flames KnightWolverine commented on there is another small flaw, and it is that is very difficult to hold up and open book like this. I think the thumb should be seen holding the book . Great image, nonetheless.

An ambitious work well executed (apart from the candle light and that strong bluish light the hand); I wish I had this much patience...:-)

this is amazing I have no critics.!

I think it's totally awesome! SO many details, and so many objects, so much to look at. The lighting could be a bit more dramatic, but alas, the dragon makes up for anything... Good stuff.

I don't know what criticism I could give you. The scene is so detailed and wonderful. I think the glowing books on the right are a little out of place, but that's about all I could say...
