Description
Long-time viewers may recall how this series started: a very windy day in May showing Chateau Frotenac as the centerpiece.
OK, it is now June and the wind is gone and we are looking in the opposite direction towards the citadel (note the cannon below the flagpole in the distance). The building to right is the Chateau F.
We still have a stiff breeze being so high off the water, but folks are definitely not wearing parkas and mukluks.
So, let's poke around the upper Old Town a bit!
