Ohhh! This is fantastic, it looks as if it has been etched with acid, the vibrancy of that blue is a pleasant shock to the eyes. Nice one!

Cool looking fractal, a very good title. Cracked and blistered the old paint is revealing what was underneath it. Great work on this!
