"All of us are in the gutter.......but some of us.......are looking at the stars....."BIOTo those that come here....
"madness dances about me into lifetimes of the past. i twirl and leap and sway to the music of the earth, its tribal beats pounding alongside the rhythm of my soul. lost in its melody, i can't stop dancing for i fear that if i stop, so will heart..."
Rachel Ann Harrod talks about David Emery Boggess
[aka gravenrobber]
Gravenrobber is a man that defies normal description because to truly understand him is to meet him in the flesh. Merely seeing him across a room tells you nothing of the interesting and wonderful man that lies beneath. He is a talented man with a unique way of looking at things which shows throughout his life and in how he lives it.
His background in art goes back roughly over ten years, creating his own unique interpretations of his thoughts, feelings and ideas. The art that he creates is purely from the heart, mainly from his love of making art but sometimes as a sort of therapy when needed.
Take a look at a friend's gallery and witness the ecclectic world of gravenrobber."
Rachel Ann Harrod
"On a road somewhere the lights are dead and the cars explode
is all that we see nothin but the good things."
What can i say about myself........
do i dance with inner demons and show them to the world or is it a view into my dreams that i show with my works.....or just the simple joy of art that drives me ........
I welcome you into my world....

ah, one of the classics...good choice for a keeper. for all the beautiful color work you do, this stands out for it's simple contrast and shading.
