Don't often look at the Vue gallery, but your picture was first in the list when I opened up, and HAD to look at it. I'm very impressed and it's enough to make me think about shifting to Vue.

fantastic foreground. i would place somthing in the background because the fog in the backgound is to impenetrable for me.

A very succesful test, just an inch short of an excelent image! Here's what i would suggest for finishing touches: Add more trees in the background to "close" the open areas. Increase the resolution of the foreground terrains. Crop the top third of the image. (That will give it wider format, and make it more "misterious"..)

I really like the fog coming down the creek bed. Excellent depth of field. Perhaps more foliage to close in the back and to cover the washed effect happening in the sky. You could even add a little color to the fog or the light to highlight the clouds giving more dimension. Well done.

Beautiful render, I do agree that more trees are needed n the background where the fog is, otherwise the space is too open and the fog will dissapear. Still a very excellent render :)
