Created my my daughter, Forest Allitt, as part of an A level art project.

Wow. What a very neat idea turned into an excellent pic. Perhaps you could just try, not that this is not great, putting something in the water, ie. fish, shells, sea weed or maybe another reflection like that of a gull. Love the colors and texture...this iswonderful.

I shall pass on all of your comments to my daughter - thankyou. The girl is indeed an alpha plane, and the caustics on her face are 'real' - she got her friend to lie in a bath of water, holding her breath, whilst she photographed her. I 'think' they are still friends...
