Description

A closer look at the roof details from yesterday's (the following) image. The street in front of the buildings with ladders on the roofs is the street seen in later images in this series. If you've been with us, you've been there! (Recognize the stone building with the planters on the window sills? Those umbrellas are the doggie restaurant. But I begin to give the cat out of the bag!) My note about the sea yesterday was a bit misleading. The sea is a few hours drive away. Nowhere in sight from this vantage point! Really colorful, eh? Enjoy, and thanks for viewing! ;-)

A sheetmetal workers nightmare......Rynzinc, copper,anadized aluminum, painted cold roll and good ole' galvenized, on 12 on 12 pitched roofs, make up this shot... trust me this is a nightmare....... but a very beautiful shot.....

As am ex-roofer, I second the nightmare part with all my heart. Sure does make a neat mosaic from this angle though, great shot.

Colorful and most cool photo. All the ladders up there are interesting. I was thinking they were a convenience for the chimney sweeps..Lol. I just took a look at some of your other Quebec photos and have been very much enjoying your virtual tour. My older sister lived there once, and now I have a better feeling of this place. -Peace :-)
