Excellent compo Louis! To much blur to me (in the buildings .. on the people it's quite fine), but that's just my personal taste. :)

Excellent photo Louis...!! the colors characteristic of the artificial light with their low graduation Kelvin, confers him a very warm climate, the slight movement that has the image makes me suppose that you take the picture to a very low speed and with camera in hand, what is a great merit, since is to have a very good pulse.
