This was a lot of work for me. Previews of a 4097 terrain can really suck! (Clearwater.ter from christianfly) Hope you like it! Thanks for viewing! Comments, suggestions, rankings... all welcome!

@ Dinalt: 1. Thanks :-), 2. Rendertime was OK, ca. 3:30 hours due to the 3D clouds. The 2D ones looked even worse!

Cool! The terrain is great! But what this image makes very specail, is the wonderful lighting and the interesting surfaces and the tracks which are leading into the far distance. I love it!

This looks very much like a vista in the American southwest, very, very realistic. Beautiful composition. To shorten your time for preparing a setup for render, render your test images smaller.
