My first time using the excellent HMS.Victory from "the hankster".
The only post was a slight blur on one of the wave tops!

WOW! Could almost feel the torrential waves crashing!! Excellent!
Bonzodog
Great pic. Very impressive. (Slight uncertainty about background on our right: could be waves or moutain peaks in distance.)

C'est vraiment une tr belle image.Bravo
dolllady47
Awesome, you can almost feel the movement of the sea in this. Great waves :)

This is one of the best renders of the Victory I have seen to date. Your choppy sea is excellent, the only thing I can suggest to enhance that sea is to add some noise to the crests of those waves to make them more frothy.
Razorcut
Very dynamic. Great work on that sea and mist spray.

all hands on deck!!!great render!!!!!!

Wahhh you stole my idea LOL. This is a Vote!
Gargoyle2002
The picture itself is great, but the ship is not storm-ready. The mast tops have to b removed and at least some sails are neccessary for maneuvering. Just my humble opinion. Pose of her and the waves are great!
jedswindells
Great sea, background waves a tad monumental.Overall well done and impressive.

Outstanding atmosphere & pov!!
Bungalo
Superb composition and rendering! But Gargoyle2002 is right. There are sail necesary under such weather conditions. And another problem... Starboard gunports are open... so... the same on the other side? Gues what? :) FLOOD!!!!!!!
Sledstorm
Nice one ! more from this ;)

Close The Gunports!!!!!! In weather like this, or even just at sea, the gunports would always be closed. Only during battle or in port for ventilation, would the ports and/or hatches be open. In this weather condition, the water would be pouring into the ship and she would be in peril of sinking....Also, set the last sail on the missen, the fore-and-aft Spanker; the first sails on the bowsprit, the Jibs; and the middle sails on each mast, the Courses. This would allow just enough steerageway to run before the wind. In a major storm of this size that would be about the only sails set, for fear of too much strain on the rigging and masts and "tearing the Sticks out of her" (dismasting). Oh, also take off the flags, they would only be flown for identification, friend or foe, if another ship appeared or in port.

it is a very good picture but there are a couple of mistakes: the gun ports should be closed, the crew would be rushing around, you would need the mainsails open and the water would only be white if it were on the tip of a wave. very good though.
