well, i looking for this blurry effect ! with depth of field and (yes sunto2001..) fog on ambient, the rendering was made in Ultra mode, FYI the scene has 12 light, about 2000 objects and about 2 millions of polygons.

Incredible atmosphere! Only idea I can come up with is possibly adding a Litch King/Vampire lord on the balcony at the top. Then again, the image probably doen't need it...I just think it would look cool.
