Nice! I like this a lot! I love the ripples in the parchment, it gives is a very realistic look! I only wish you hadn't cut it off and put that frame on it in Paint.

i think they're planning on introducing one of these in Cosbuc High too... great thing i'm leaving this year :P Wonderful render of text on ondulated paper - foarte reusit :)!

Excellently done! Though Would'n Umbridge sign these with "D.J. Umbridge", instead of "P. Umbridge" ? The rest is perfect though. reaally nice text and fonts.
